Greater Woodlawn, FL Real Estate

Because of its prime location and appealing atmosphere, the Greater Woodlawn real estate market is quite competitive. This neighborhood is located close to the downtown area, and therefore properties can be expensive—which is also true about the surrounding neighborhoods!

The most prevalent home type in Greater Woodlawn is bungalows, although there are still many multi-story options available! Although this isn’t one of the historic districts in St. Petersburg, each single-family home for sale in Greater Woodlawn has its own unique charm! Encompassing a variety of styles, many of the homes are designed around obvious American Foursquare, Craftsman, or Dutch Colonial influences.

In regards to home price, this varies quite a bit depending on the area within the neighborhood. The largest, most exclusive luxury homes are located in the south, around Woodlawn Circle. Instead of bungalows, the homes in this area tend to be multi-story, and are also on larger lot sizes than most other properties. But there are still a number of bungalows for sale, should this be your preference. These homes are well-maintained and have often been renovated to incorporate modern upgrades into the interior of the home. The streets are also lined with beautiful, mature trees, once again making this area of Greater Woodlawn very desirable.
