"The Fourth" Independence Day Celebration at the Pier

The second annual extravaganza brings a festival feel to Spa Beach Park on Independence Day with a fun run, vendor market, food trucks, craft beer garden, live music, and of course, fireworks. Attendance is free, though VIP tickets are available, and the fireworks show at 9 p.m. will be visible throughout the downtown waterfront.

Enjoy ice cream and other sweet frozen treats (for purchase) from over a dozen vendors serving their best creations from soft served, craft scoop ice cream, gelatos, popsicles, and more. Be the judge and vote for the first-ever BEST ICE CREAM in Tampa Bay award. The event is free and open to the public, rain or shine.

It’s a big July for the hometown team, and there are plenty of opportunities to catch the Rays at home this summer. The highlight is a seven-game, all AL East homestand from July 11th-17th, when the Rays play at the Trop every day for a week straight with four games against the Red Sox and three against the Orioles.

PAVA's 33rd Annual Cool Art Show at the Coliseum

The show will include approximately 60 Florida artisans that have been selected to exhibit in this impressive collection of both visual and functional art in the mediums of paint, wood, ceramics, photography, metal, glass, fiber, digital, mixed media and jewelry.
