About Shannon

As a fourth-generation Tampa native, I have a deep passion for this vibrant community. I’m proud to have married into a family with over 50 years of real estate and community involvement, further fueling my commitment to helping people make confident real estate decisions.

My wife, Katie, and I live in Virginia Park with our two sons, Seamus and Justis, and our dog, Bean. A Plant High graduate, I’ve lived in Plant City, Thonotosassa, and Brandon, and spent over 20 years traveling Central Florida in the transportation industry—building extensive knowledge of the region’s diverse communities.

Seamus attends Plant High and plays varsity football, continuing our legacy of local involvement, while Justis is at Roosevelt Elementary and plays basketball at the YMCA, soon heading to Coleman Middle. As a family, we love staying active, enjoying the outdoors, and exploring all that Tampa Bay has to offer.
