Stacey also added her services to the dynamic team that sold out the iconic Towers of Channelside, a luxurious 257 unit, 29 story, twin high-rise in the Channel District. Recently, she was part of the successful sales team that sold out The Residences at The Tampa EDITION. Featuring 38 elevated residences atop Tampa's first 5-star hotel situated in the heart of Water Street Tampa. This marked the first hotel-branded residences in Tampa. The team was awarded Dealmaker of the Year by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Currently, Stacey is part of the sales team for the Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg, the city’s first branded residences and tallest building in Downtown St. Petersburg. Her experience working in the downtown condominium market has afforded her many contacts, allowing her to maintain strong relationships with customers past and present.
