In this role, she developed a pronounced proficiency to engage sophisticated buyers to commit to purchasing luxury properties. These abilities resulted in the sales of over $90 million amongst three boutique luxury resort communities on Siesta Key.
Sarena enhanced her aptitude in the luxury market with New York-based Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions, where she specialized in managing luxury real estate sales for high-profile sellers and buyers around the country. From 2009 to 2023, she achieved over $290 million in sales with an average price of $5.7 million and a high of $18.2, in Hawaii, Colorado, Tennessee, North Carolina, California, Wyoming, and New York for example.
With remarkable analytical skills, rapid assessment of competitive markets, and effective negotiation skills, she continues to set benchmark accomplishments while assuring a rewarding experience for her clients. As she provides her clients with knowledgeable market information, her attention to detail and talent to execute even the most complex transactions set her apart.
Sarena has lived and worked around the country, as well as in Italy and Germany. It was her love of St. Petersburg that brought her home, where she is thrilled to apply her exceptional knowledge and mastery of her profession to the communities and people she knows and loves best.
A true Florida native, Sarena enjoys boating, fishing, and scuba diving in her spare time. When not on the water, she also finds joy in biking, yoga, and walks with her dog Lucchese.
