Elizabeth "Liz" Barnes' Real Estate journey began over 20 years ago in Pinellas County Florida where she continues to serve the community.
Liz's knowledge in the industry is pretty full circle. After starting her career at a young age and dealing with just about every scope the industry has to offer, she was then approached to start a Property Management Company 13 years ago where she built that from the ground up. Over the years she has built this wonderful portfolio of rental properties, which include annual and vacation rentals. That type of knowledge and success has led her to the position she currently holds as Vice President of Property Management for all of Smith and Associates in the Tampa Bay area.
She has been very successful and often refers to her clients as her family and friends. Many of which have been with her from the beginning. Not only has she been very successful in the Property Management field, she often turns her Investment Property Owners into Sellers and Renters into Buyers.
