Being a Florida Native and St. Petersburg resident for 18 years, it’s no secret that KT knows the ins and outs of the Sunshine State, especially near the water. She was raised in Sarasota and is now happily living in St. Petersburg, where she enjoys anything saltwater-related. You can find KT walking near Shore Acres and Snell Isle.
KT attended the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She is the mother of two daughters, Alicia and Jessica, while also being a grandma to two fur babies: Mika and Susan. Outside of her personal life, she values community involvement and giving back. KT is a proud member of the Salty Sisters at the St. Pete Yacht Club. Using her love for sailing, she also is a member of the St. Pete Sailing Center, U.S. Sailing, and participates in race committees around the community. She is no stranger to Philanthropy, being actively involved in “Big Brothers Big Sisters”, an organization with a mentorship program that helps children build futures and realize their full potential.
“Hard-working” is one of many attributes KT brings to the table. She once worked in television advertising, where she thrived and earned National awards in the profession. She has owned a retail business for the past 14 years. KT decided to join the Smith & Associates family with her conviction that their community involvement is “unsurpassed and inspiring”. It is clear that her love for serving people, as well as past success, aids the work that KT does in real estate. Her passions undoubtedly serve the St. Pete community well as she provides you with a good home.
