Kristen, her husband Tom, and their daughter Gianna immediately fell in love with the City of Tampa and the wide variety of neighborhoods and communities it offers. It was their first walk down the Oak Tree canopy covered streets of South Tampa that Kristen realized her passion for Real Estate. The juxtaposition of historic bungalows mixed with modern mansions ignited a spark in her and it burned so deeply, Kristen knew it was time to leave her 14 years in education and pursue her dreams.
Kristen immediately excelled in navigating a challenging real estate market whether for families relocating to the Tampa Bay Area or investors looking for advice. Learning as much about the market and the future growth of Tampa and its surrounding communities has become a vital part of her success. The fast paced start of Kristen’s career in real estate led to being named Rookie of the Year with her prior firm and recognized as a “Rising Star” by Tampa Bay Real Producers Magazine. Kristen has earned certifications in Luxury Real Estate, New Construction, Relocation, and specializes in Investment Properties.
In her free time Kristen and her family love going to the beach, exploring new areas and restaurants, enjoying Disney World, and spending time with their friends and extended family that have also relocated to live the Florida life. Kristen is also the Director of Lifestyle for her community and a member of their Philanthropy Committee. She also serves on the PTA Board for her daughter’s elementary school, is a volunteer for her Girl Scout Troop, and is a proud lacrosse mom.
