Jeremy Grant and Brad Bell work as a team and together bring over 30 years of combined experience in real estate, banking, mortgage lending, and construction. They work with both Buyers and Sellers at all price ranges and at any life stage including first-time purchases, work relocation, second home, investment, as well as downsizing. With all clients, they focus on always exceeding expectations with professionalism and integrity.
In joining Smith & Associates Real Estate, they found the perfect organization to support their expertise in the Tampa Bay market. Jeremy and Brad are very familiar with the new construction developments on both sides of the Bay as well as the nuances in waterfront living options. Their successful closings have ranged from new construction, to historic homes nearly 100 years old, to smaller investment properties, and high rise condominiums. As agents, Jeremy and Brad have a defined process they custom fit to each client, and, within Smith & Associates, they have a team devoted to supporting your transaction flawlessly.
Before moving to St. Petersburg, Jeremy worked full-time in banking in business development and lending, management, and consumer financing. He was, also, a Sales Agent in real estate. Brad has been an Associate Broker in real estate for over nine years. Previously, Brad was a Vice President for a publicly traded company, running its construction financing division that provided commercial loans to builders and developers in 27 metropolitan markets throughout the U.S. He also oversaw a national joint venture to originate consumer mortgages.
Jeremy and Brad love the St. Petersburg life where nature meets urban living and are delighted to share the amazing offerings of Tampa Bay with new residents and visitors. They enjoy being on the water either in a boat, kayak, paddleboard or floatie – even in the backyard pool! They find joy in supporting the plethora of offerings in our arts community, whether it is traditional performing and visual arts, new public murals, bands at a local venue or the many small makers that sell through area markets. They are involved with supporting local charities and in the community. Around town, they relish exploring local restaurants and breweries, grilling with friends, perusing the Saturday morning market, biking, weightlifting, yoga, and time on the beach.
Jeremy graduated from Colby College in Waterville, ME, and has a MDiv from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, VA. He grew up in Colorado and has lived in West Texas, Omaha, and Detroit before coming to Florida, fulfilling a dream for a more tropical locale. Brad holds an MBA in Financing and Accounting from Wayne State University in Detroit and a BA from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. A native of Louisville, KY, he has worked in Detroit, Raleigh, and Newport News, VA, but has always had a passion for the Florida lifestyle.
Jeremy and Brad have six adult-age children scattered across the US. They love when they can visit and experience all that Tampa Bay has to offer.
