Having held key roles with industry leaders JLL, CBRE, and Advantis Real Estate Services, Greg's career also includes a significant leadership role as Vice President of Oxford Properties Group. In this capacity, he oversaw all U.S. acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and management, contributing to the success of one of the largest Canadian-owned commercial real estate firms in the world.
Beyond his real estate prowess, Greg's diverse background includes serving as the President of Morgan Studios, an advertising, graphic design, and photography studio in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. Currently, he brings his leadership skills to Amalie Oil Company as the Director of Community Relations.
Greg is deeply committed to giving back to the community and is actively involved in various organizations. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts (FMoPA) and holds the position of Immediate Past-President at Career Rebound. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of the Board for the American Red Cross West Central Florida Chapter, President of NAIOP Tampa Bay & NAIOP National Board Member, and Board of Trustees member for Saint Mary's Episcopal Day School, where he also served as the Annual Giving Chair.
