Ami holds a graduate degree in Neuroscience from Drexel University College of Medicine & worked in professional sports for 10 years until the Covid-19 pandemic. "After 10 years of working with professional athletes in soccer the world shut down; everyone had to redefine their world". Ami went back to her academic roots assisting as an adjunct Professor in Biology helping to keep students in classes at the University of South Florida. "It was a critical time to help & my ability to keep students in their coursework and not delay their graduation was a call I answered with pride". Although Ami's scientific background may seem far from the world of Real Estate it was an easy transferable skill set.
"Many people are shocked to hear I was a Neuroscientist & wonder how this translates to Real Estate... in truth, being technical, analytical, goal-driven, outcome oriented, and operational was a valuable skill set to bring to a profession I long loved." She is honored to represent Smith & Associates in Pasco County & to further the high standards and exceptional reputation this Brokerage represents.
Ami and her family live in Wesley Chapel, Fl where she is an active advocate within her community. Ami sits on the Sunrise of Pasco County Board of Directors, an organization dedicated to advocacy and support for domestic violence victims & their families.
