Alayna was born and raised in New Orleans and has a love for history, culture, community, and the arts. She made the move to St. Petersburg in 2014 and began working as a staff member at Smith & Associates. Over the next 4 years, Alayna worked as a listing coordinator / transaction coordinator with Smith. She gained knowledge of the Tampa Bay real estate market and experienced many real estate transactions and then eventually decided to become a Smith realtor herself.
With her combined experience of buying and selling her own properties, Alayna understands the process and how intimidating real estate can be. Her commitment and attention to detail help the transaction run smoothly from contract to close. With a degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans, Alayna truly cares about people and looks forward to guiding buyers and sellers through the process.
She is an active member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization along with the Young Professionals Network. She also resides in the St. Petersburg area with her husband and two chihuahuas.
