The contest is one of the channel’s most popular contests, generating more than one million votes last year.
The Smith listing in Beach Park was selected by HGTV’s editors as a finalist in the Curb Appeal category. The home is is a Stucco, Italianate Home that features meticulously landscaped hedges and tall trees.
