Historic Church Property in the Old Northeast Neighborhood 

A one-hundred-year-old church and it’s property in the desirable Old Northeast neighborhood in St Petersburg has been sold. The Westminster Presbyterian Church, consisting of two parcels of land, one with the church property and the other a separate parking lot across the alley to the south, has been sold by Patrick & Chris Calhoon of the Calhoon Commercial Group of Smith & Associates Commerical Real Estate. 

The property, owned by The Presbytery of Tampa Bay, Inc., encompasses 7 lots on a little over 1 acre of land in the Old Northeast. The building had a Landmark Historic Designation placed on it by the City of St Petersburg in early 2020 which prohibited any demolition of the structure…
