We are excited to welcome such a highly regarded leader to our team,” says Bob Glaser, President & CEO of Smith & Associates Real Estate.

Fortuna will be responsible for all aspects of branch management while also serving as a mentor and coach who enjoys developing individual growth and talent. She is known for building a positive culture and thrives in community outreach efforts.

“Returning to an independent brokerage that is as family oriented as Smith feels like coming home. I began my career at a firm like this and am so looking forward to returning to a company that is so tight-knit and embedded in the community, says Fortuna. In Leigh’s spare time, she is an avid gardener and a member of the Safety Harbor Garden Club.

Smith & Associates Real Estate is a company that enjoys record-breaking sales but is also driven to measure success in more ways than just profit.
