Stephen Gay is a certified accredited luxury home specialist with extensive knowledge of the Tampa, St. Petersburg and Beach markets. With over 14 years experience in real estate and over $400 million in sales, Stephen has consistently been a part of the top 4 sales teams at Smith & Associates Real Estate. Stephen, a Virginia native, has lived and worked in Tampa since 1999. He graduated with honors from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. After graduation, he was highly recruited to take a position as a VP of Operations for Trinsic Communications which led him to Tampa and the city he now calls home. Stephen is a consummate professional dedicated to client service with an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and market; he is well respected by his peers. He has an exceptional talent for listening to his client’s needs and helping them make an informed decision. Stephen utilizes all of his talents including design to help each person envision the opportunity to transform property with the right use of color and materials. Katie Glaser’s family has been in the local real estate business for over 45 years, which is where she obtained her passion for helping Tampa Bay natives and newcomers find the home that best suits their needs and lifestyle. Katie has worked in many different aspects in real estate. From marketing, office management, title services, and e-commerce, Katie has a solid background to successfully manage a real estate transaction. After obtaining her license in 2017, Katie sought to grow in her knowledge of the family business and joined the Stephen Gay Group to work alongside Stephen Gay a top Tampa Bay realtor.
John Tomljanovic, an Electrical Engineer with a minor in Computer Science, had an impressive multi-faceted 28-year career of Executive leadership in the corporate world, and in start-ups of Information Technology companies. Over that time period -- as an aside -- he amassed considerable success as a real estate "client", having new homes built as well as renovating for his personal residence. JT is a recognized national expert on the subject of Customer Service, being prominently featured in the book "Lessons from the Nordstrom Way" in 2000 by best-selling author Robert Spector.
Meghan Iacofano obtained her license this year after working for the Tampa Bay Lightning the past 7 years. An Ohio native she has lived in the Greater Tampa Bay area the past 12 years and has an understanding and experience of Florida lifestyle and living from the suburbs to the city. Meghan was responsible for managing memberships of $4 million in season ticket holder revenues, concert and event sales, and was a trainer for their Blue Ribbon Service platform at Amalie Arena, which is nationally recognized for their premier service standards. She brings her customer service centered nature to work alongside Stephen Gay and growing her real estate experience.
Each member of the Stephen Gay Group is actively involved in the Tampa community sitting on a multitude of Boards and committees.
