With over 25 years of experience and more than $550 million in career sales, Scott has consistently ranked among the top 3 sales teams at Smith & Associates Real Estate. In 2024 alone, he achieved over $75 million in sales.
Scott’s success stems from a commitment to mastering the skills that matter most. A student of advertising, human nature, and networking, he has built strong connections throughout the South Tampa and St. Pete markets, enabling him to serve his clients with expertise and care—many of whom become lifelong friends.
Beyond real estate, Scott is a devoted father of two, a frustrated kiteboarder (there’s never enough time!), a passionate gardener, a fluent Russian speaker (with occasional liquid encouragement), a middling gourmet cook, and an avid traveler.
A graduate of Plant High School, Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and spent two years studying abroad in Moscow, Russia. Today, he continues to be an enthusiastic student of life.
