As a sixth generation Floridian, Sarah fell in love with Tampa Bay at a young age. While growing up, Sarah spent much time with her father, Jay Fechtel, on many of his custom home sites in the Tampa Bay area, learning first-hand about high-end design and building. These experiences nurtured her eye for detail and quality, as well as her love for architectural design and real estate.
Licensed in both Tennessee and Florida, Sarah has extensive knowledge of the real estate transaction process and how to skillfully lead a deal from concept to close. Sarah broadened her expertise by working as a contract-to-close manager and Realtor in the Nashville market, one of the nation’s hottest and fastest growing cities. However, her heart eventually led her back to Tampa Bay, where she is flourishing while serving clients.
With a background in marketing and content creation, Sarah has a knack for championing ideas, products or individuals, and making them shine above the competition!
