With a professional background in public policy and consulting, Roy holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, as well as dual Master’s degrees in Policy Analysis and Environmental Policy & Natural Resources Management from Indiana University. Roy enjoys staying active and competitive by playing just about any sport. In the fall, you'll often find him cheering on his alma mater as a passionate Texas A&M Aggie, either watching the game or traveling to see it in person.
