Rachael Manzanares is a luxury real estate professional specializing in residential sales, new development, and project strategy throughout the Tampa Bay region. She recently joined Smith & Associates Real Estate, where she represents Aqua at Westshore Yacht Club and supports the firm's Development Services division.
With a background spanning luxury residential sales, condominium development, and project positioning, Manzanares has built a reputation for helping developers successfully bring projects to market while guiding buyers through the purchase of high-end residences. Her expertise includes sales strategy, market analysis, pricing, branding, buyer engagement, and project execution, with experience working alongside developers, investors, and homeowners throughout Tampa Bay.
Prior to joining Smith, Manzanares served as Director of Sales for Reflection St. Pete, a luxury condominium development in downtown St. Petersburg. In that role, she led sales efforts from launch through completion, working closely with the development team on market positioning, sales strategy, buyer outreach, and overall project success.
Originally from Colorado, Manzanares studied engineering before beginning her career in real estate. After relocating to Florida, she built her career throughout the Tampa Bay region, where her analytical background continues to influence her approach to market strategy, development planning, and problem-solving for both clients and development partners.
Outside of work, Manzanares is an active member of the Tampa Bay community. She has a passion for sand volleyball and has served as a tournament director for more than 10 years, helping organize events for various local organizations. She has also been an active player with Tampa Bay Club Sport since 2012. In addition, she supports local charitable initiatives through her involvement with Heels to Heal, Infinity League, and Network for More. She is passionate about building connections, fostering community, and contributing to the continued growth of the Tampa Bay region she now calls home.
