About Lisa

Born in Daegu, Korea Lisa was adopted and came to the United States in the 1970’s to her new family an Army Chaplin and his wife and two boys. All in total Lisa moved 7 times as an Army Brat before she attended the University of South Florida as a dance major. Her dreams of a prima ballerina did not happen but she did graduate in 2004 from USF with a B.A. in History, her clients really enjoy her depth of knowledge of the Tampa Bay area and its history. Her career in Real Estate happened by accident when she was hunting for a home as a newlywed. Her previous experience as a paralegal and web developer gave her the skills necessary to jump right in and easily fit within the real estate world. Then in 2008, she started working in commercial real estate in Community Redevelopment and Affordable Housing as the project manager for Westshore Community Development for Westshore Alliance. Today, she currently specializes in Commercial Leasing in office and retail, Investment Sales, Community Redevelopment, and Affordable Housing, but she also enjoys selling the occasional home for her friends.
