Born and raised in South Tampa, Kathy Ervin carries first-hand knowledge of the city’s bests, including neighborhoods, schools, traffic flows, restaurants, entertainment, social clubs and much more. From working with multiple family businesses and volunteering at local schools, Kathy understands the importance of providing services and, most importantly, solutions to problems.

Her spare time is fulfilled by enjoying her three sons, painting, reading and traveling. Kathy also appreciates photography and is passionate about animal conservation and addressing climate change.
