David B. Moyer is recognized as one of the top real estate professionals in Tampa Bay. David's current position in the company is the Executive VP of Developer Services. He manages the sales of new construction & existing multi-family projects from condominium towers, and townhome developments, to new home builds.
David joined Smith & Associates Real Estate over 20 years ago and has closed over 2,500+ homes. As one of the most unique minds in the business – he truly redefines what a real estate professional should be. Utilizing older real estate practices with the new, he provides a fresh new style for buying and selling needs. David graduated from Saint John Fisher College with Honors. While in college, he played wide receiver for the ECAC winning Cardinals football team. His family lives in Hyde Park, & is extremely active in the Downtown Tampa community. David has served as President of the not for profit group (501c3), The 13 Ugly Men Foundation, Inc. that host great events and donates the proceeds to local charities in the Bay area. He is a volunteer committee member at Tampa Theatre's prestigious, Wine Fest. David was also named South Tampa Magazine's Top 10 under 40. David was honored with the Mary Smith Conover Award which is given to one associate at Smith & Associates Real Estate annually that represents giving in the community.
