David B. Moyer is recognized as one of the top real estate professionals in Tampa Bay. David's current position in the company is the Director of Sales in the Developer Services Department. He manages the sales of new construction & existing multi-family projects from condominium towers, townhome developments, to new home builds.
David joined Smith & Associates Real Estate over 20 years ago and has closed over 2,500+ homes. David graduated from Saint John Fisher College with Honors. While in college, he played wide receiver for the ECAC winning Cardinals football team. He lives in Hyde Park Village & is extremely active in the Downtown Tampa community. David is the President of the not for profit group (501c3), The 13 Ugly Men Foundation, Inc. that host great events and donates the proceeds to local charities in the Bay area. He is a volunteer committee member at Tampa Theatre's prestigious, Wine Fest. David was named South Tampa Magazine's Top 10 under 40. David was honored with the Mary Smith Conover Award which is given to one associate at Smith & Associates Real Estate annually that represents giving in the community.
