Collette has lived in Pinellas County for 40+ years and cannot imagine living anywhere else! She and her husband once owned a retail store in Seminole, and after selling the store they began a business importing product from overseas and distributing to retailers across the country. Collette helped managed everything from the book keeping to the marketing as well as shipping and calling on customers while her husband concentrated on developing product and coordinating with the factories over seas. After 20 years they sold the business; and Collette found herself drawn to real estate.
The experience she gained from owning her own businesses in the past has assisted her in understanding her clients and being able to understand both the financial side as well as the emotional side of home buying and selling. It is extremely important to Collette that her clients are comfortable with each step of the transaction whether buying or selling, and she works at keeping her clients informed and comfortable with each step. Because knowledge is power!!!
When not busy showing off everything Pinellas county has to offer to her clients, Collette enjoys relaxing by immersing herself in a good book, preferably near the water! And spending time with her family and loving on her grandbaby.
