Greater Tampa Association of Realtors

The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors® is a trade organization that was founded on March 18, 1911 as the Tampa Real Estate Board. Today, GTAR® is the voice "in the neighborhood" of nearly 6,400 real estate professionals. The Association unites those engaged in the recognized branches of the real estate profession for the purpose of exerting a beneficial influence upon the profession and related interest groups. In addition, they provide and maintain high standards of conduct in the real estate profession as expressed in the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors®.

Pinellas Realtor Organization

The Pinellas Realtor® Organization was established in 2002 as the result of a merger between the St. Petersburg and Clearwater Board of Realtors. Representing over 5,500 members, the Pinellas Realtor® Organization is one of the Tampa Bay area's largest professional trade associations. The organization advances and promotes the real estate profession through professional development programs, government affairs, and political advocacy and maintains a high standard of conduct by real estate professionals through professional standards training and administration.

Tampa Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce began as the Tampa Board of Trade in 1885 and was reorganized in 1928 to become the Tampa Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber was formed to advance the general business conditions of this area, backed by the support of a growing agricultural and industrial industry base that would branch out to become one of the most diverse economies in the nation. The Committee of One Hundred, an economic development department, was founded by a group of prominent businessmen and political leaders in 1954 who wanted to more aggressively promote Tampa's industries to the rest of the nation.

St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce

The St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce®, honored by the American Chamber of Commerce Executives in 2008 as one of the "Top 3 Chambers in North America". St. Pete is the largest Chamber in the Tampa Bay region and celebrating its 109th year of leadership and service, is a dynamic membership association of more than 2,850 business and professional organizations, banded together in the interest of aiding and promoting job retention and creation, both locally and regionally. The Chamber and its 501 (c)(3) Foundation, in partnership with the City of St. Petersburg, has an extremely focused program on business retention and expansion.
